Shipping/ Delivery
Postage Rates
Our postage rates are charged according to the parcel weight, this is calculated during the checkout process where available delivery options and pricing are displayed. Estimated delivery times for Aquasafe Solutions are:
• UK Standard Service
Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland & the
Channel Islands.
• Europe
Delivery time: 6 to 8 working days.
• Rest of the World
Delivery time: 9 to 12 working days.
• Next Day Delivery:
This service is available for UK (including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands)
deliveries only and requires a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that Next Day
Deliveries are between 8am and 1pm.
Please Note: That while we make every effort to get your order out on the same day,
if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following
day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on
Tuesday.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction. All of our products come with a 15 day money back guarantee. Subject to product being returned to us unopened and in good condition. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Care line on 0121 288 0332 during our opening hours (9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday). Alternatively you can notify us of cancellation by email, by emailing orders@aquasafesolutions.co.uk with your name, address and order reference number.
